An item I want is out of stock. When will it be back?
Restocking depends on each item. All of our items are handmade by a one woman team and will be restocked as soon as possible where possible. Be sure to follow us on social media to keep up to date with restocks and new releases.
How do I track my order?
All of our orders are sent with Evri so you can track where your items are whilst keeping postage costs as low for you as possible. A tracking number will be given to you via email once your order has been shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we only ship within the UK. European shipping will be available in the near future! Keep up to date with our latest news on our social media channels.
When will my ordered be shipped?
Standard orders will be shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Next Day orders will be sent as soon as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Buyers are responsible for loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
